 Our staff has a broad expertise in public utilities operations. Collectively we have operated at all levels within the utility. Every discussion and decision is funneled though our experience in meter reading, utility billing, maintenance and repairs, new installations, land use ordinance, state/local regulations, and funding opportunities.  

Our founder and president Cory Cox is a licensed engineer in South Carolina. His experience in public utilities influences all of his water and wastewater designs. At C51 operations and maintenance is always at the forefront of every deign.
